When I’m asked about the phrase ‘Talent Mobility’, I like to keep it simple -- for me it’s best described as ‘the right people, at the right time’.  When we provide opportunities for people to develop and grow, we’re committing to both an individual’s professional growth, and to an organization's agility. 

This week my colleague Dan Davenport published an article on talent mobility and the importance of reskilling and upskilling through new roles and responsibilities. The goal is to have the right talent, at the right place and time to ensure success.
