The Annual General Meeting of shareholders today adopted all resolutions on the agenda for the meeting.
The meeting adopted the 2009 financial statements and the proposal to pay no dividend for 2009 on the ordinary shares and a dividend of EUR 0.284 per share on the cumulative preferred shares.
Leo van Wijk and Giovanna Kampouri Monnas were reappointed as members of the Supervisory Board. Willem Vermeend resigned as member of the Supervisory Board. He is nominated for appointment as a member of the supervisory board of subsidiary Randstad Groep Nederland.
