Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and maintain a consistent quality management system to manage quality control of products and raw materials in accordance with company and customer requirements

2. Organize the formulation of the company's annual quality objectives; monitor, evaluate, analyze, develop, implement and improve the quality of products and services of the key indicators to improve the sustainable quality level of the process and project.
3. Collect quality information and conduct data summary and analysis, timely report quality status, be responsible for quality defective, promote internal improvement and defective cost reduction.
4. Be responsible for the quality monitoring and inspection of the production process, organize the evaluation and control of nonconforming products, have the right to stop production and stop the flow of nonconforming products due to quality problems.
5. Organize internal/external audit work before customer and third-party audits to ensure that the audit passed once, organize the action setting and tracking for any findings from audit to ensure the timely closure.
6. Deal with customer feedback on quality problems, responsible for 8D report.
7. Participate in supplier, outsourcing process evaluation and supplier quality management; responsible for supplier problem tracking and resolution.
8. Take charge of laboratory inspection and test management, to ensure that the results of timely, accurate and authentic, be responsible for lab safety and 5S, timely report any incidents.
9. Responsible for gauge calibration and regular maintenance of measuring instruments to ensure their accuracy.
10. Work with the new project/product launch team to promote the effective enhancement of the new customer/project platform.
11. Organize the company and department personnel to do quality related training and personnel training program.
12. Responsible for the development of job responsibilities and performance assessment standards, implement supervision and inspection.
13. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering Technology is preferred
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in chemical or automatic industry, among which 3 years experience in a Quality Management role is required.
3. In depth knowledge of IATF16949
4. Demonstrated knowledge and direct experience with quality tools (i.e. lean production, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, etc...)
5. Computer literate, capable of working with MS Office, Calibration and Gauge R&R and statistical software.
