Our client is looking for a payroll specialist to assist in year-end closing tasks. Tasks include balancing the CPP,EI, QPIP, T4s, R1s, reviewing all benefits contributions, filling out TT2200 for 2024 and more! The ideal candidate will have experience with Ceridian, and will quickly be autonomous in these tasks. Canadian and US payroll experience an asset.

Balancing T4’s and RL1
Audit RRSP contributions and 401K contributions

Issue ROEs for Inc employees – process transfers
Help with upcoming audit of Arkansas trucking Association
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant year end experience
- Experience with Ceridian software
- Experience in Canadian and US payroll
- Excellent communication skills in English and french
- Must be highly adaptable and autonomous – minimal training provided
