Responsibilities:
- Lead and support R&D team in dealing with Chinse customer projects from China.
- Rich experience with very specific knowedge with CNC related products.
- Act as local Head of the R&D Team.
- Project team manapement experience would also be appreciated.
- Over 10 years mechanical design experience and over 2 years team management experience.
Qualifications：
- 5+ years work experience -specifically with bellows/ protective covers for machine tool applications.
- Some team management experience.
- Should be able to take a client facing role.
- Willingness to travel (e.g. for training in Germany).
