- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the municipal sector
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized solutions for customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients on our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the water or wastewater industry
- Knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes and equipment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
