Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate workshop team (20-30 people), ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Oversee work allocation, equipment requests, and compliance with quality standards and schedules.
• Conduct boilermaking quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Support recruitment and HR processes as needed.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures through Toolbox meetings and inspections.
• Ensure proper use and security of tools, machinery, and workplace areas.
• Assist in production meetings and drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and quality inspections, addressing non-conformances.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Certificate III in Engineering (Boilermaker/Fabrication)
• Minimum 2 years supervising or leading a workshop team.
• Strong heavy structural experience
• Strong leadership skills and workshop experience.
• Knowledge of overhead cranes and equipment maintenance.
• Experience in boilermaking quality checks.
• Commitment to safety and quality compliance.
