We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead or Workforce Planning specialist. This unique opportunity is offered on a 12 month contract based in the Perth CBD. The role covers managing large scale recruitment projects as well as leading a small team to meet national objectives.
Duties of the Role:

- Ensure national consistency of workforce staffing throughout numerous locations
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to achieve work area goals, and provide expert advice.
- Develop and analyse workforce data and provide recommendations for workforce attraction, sourcing and prioritisation.
- Lead a small team to ensure high quality outputs, and develop the capacity of these team members.
- Assist and oversee the contract management of external services and activities to ensure that all deliverables are compliant with all legislation and policy.
- Undertake complex problem solving in order to meet objectives
- Provide a significant contribution to workforce business improvement strategies and activities.
- Analyse data and provide relevant reports.
Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning and reporting, as well as complex stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Knowledge of the management, reporting and delivery of large-scale recruitment projects, delivered within agreed timeframes and budget
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed team and contribute positively to both the executive leadership team and provision of strong leadership more broadly within your state/territory office.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and empower staff while developing capabilities and encouraging career development.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and manage expectations.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to propose and facilitate change that contributes to business improvement strategies in line with relevant policy and legislative frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in Human Resources (HR)
