Our client is an industry leading Aged Care provider, currently seeking a motivated and experienced WHS Advisor to join its growing P&C team.
Working closely with & reporting into the WHS & Wellbeing lead. The primary purpose of the WHS Advisor is to provide operational support to achieve strategic goals.

You will work with the WHS Lead ensuring the organisation is meeting compliance with statutory requirements, supporting the management of workers compensation portfolios, work on claim reviews, injury management and reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end workers compensation claims and entitlements
- Escalate suspicious claims to insurers for investigation
- Advise internal stakeholders on non-work injury management and workers compensation issues
- Maintain databases in compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Prepare and participate in claim reviews and case meetings with brokers, insurers, and operations teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate records of hazards, incidents, and claims
Key Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in WHS is desirable
- Proven experience in managing workers compensation claims.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative team environment
