You'll leverage your expertise to troubleshoot complex incidents, provide technical leadership, and deliver exceptional customer support. This role offers the chance to utilize and expand your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex customer issues.■Main tasks include・Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex Windows performance issues across various environments (on-premise, Azure, VMware).・Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring performance problems.・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents and maintain high availability.・Share knowledge through documentation and training to improve team capabilities.・Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.If you are interested in this position and meet the requirements, please apply now. ■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
・Expert knowledge of Windows components (BIOS, Registry, CPU, Memory, DNS, DHCP).
・Experience analyzing and configuring memory dumps.
・Strong understanding of Windows operating system architecture.
・Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English required for effective collaboration with clients and the team.
