You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining critical network infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will directly support customers via phone, email and chat.■Main tasks include・Lead the design and implementation of complex Windows network solutions.・Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues in a timely and efficient manner.・Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and troubleshooting techniques.・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.・Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation.・Stay current on the latest technologies and trends in Windows networking.If you are interested in this position and meet the requirements, please apply now. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, networking, performance tuning, patch management, and upgrades in production environments.
・Expert knowledge of TCP/IP communications, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
・Experience with remote access technologies (VPN, DirectAccess, RRAS).
・Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure AD Connect.
・Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred.
