- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire national key account, i.e. Sam's, Metro, Costco, etc.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within the local key account and convenience store sector.
- Establish and grow distribution channels, including the HORECA and gift channels.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account holders and distributors.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop sales plans and targets for key accounts and distribution channels.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Pricing and Contract Negotiation:
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the finance team.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with key accounts and distributors.
- Inventory Management:
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient inventory management and distribution.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of key accounts and distribution channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget for key accounts and distribution channels effectively.

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven experience in sales or wholesale management within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Experience in managing national and local key accounts.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience of developing a business from scratch or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
