Responsibilities
-Conducting WETT inspections on wood-burning and gas appliances and chimneys in residential and commercial properties
-Providing detailed reports to clients on the condition of their wood-burning appliances and chimneys
-Identifying potential safety hazards and recommending necessary repairs or replacements
-Collaborating with other members of the Home Inspection Department to ensure high-quality service delivery
-Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications
-WETT certification and a minimum of 0 years of experience in conducting WETT inspections
-Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
