experience
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Produktionsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, bevorzugt im Produktions- oder Werksumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung und im Produktionscontrolling
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
