We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to join our client on a full time casual basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate weight records and smooth operations at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge efficiently to record vehicle weights accurately.
• Ensure all vehicles entering and exiting the site are logged correctly in the system.
• Verify documentation and compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions to drivers for loading/unloading and traffic flow.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure the weighbridge equipment is functioning properly.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks and site operations when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic IT systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices is an advantage.
• Commitment to work shifts
