2. More than 5 years of manufacturing and equipment maintenance experience.
3. Familiar with equipment maintenance requirements and processes; Familiar with the structure and working principle of various power machinery equipment, as well as the electrical control system of the equipment.
4. Strong mechanical equipment problem analysis ability, equipment maintenance skills, and hands-on ability
5. Good English reading skill, good spoken English an advantage

2. Equipment maintenance management and implementation, including but not limit to: procedure establishing, PM plan, quality and HSE requirement compliance, routine monitoring, troubleshooting, problem solve and prevention, to ensure its compliance with IATF and HSE requirement.
3. Supervise the execution of daily maintenance of equipment, carry out routine equipment repairs, and maintain the stable operation of factory equipment. provide technical support and training to team members.
4. Regularly identifying and discussing safety hazards in plant facilities and formulating appropriate corrective measures to minimize the occurrence of workplace accidents.
5. Set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling, formulate plans for equipment upgrading, major repairs and maintenance, and procurement of spare parts.
6. Responsible for developing and updating standard documents for equipment operation, maintenance, and upkeep, and inspecting their implementation.
