Are you a real leader who knows how to rally the troops and already have experience working as a warehouse supervisor? We need someone with your drive! We need people who like to move around and enjoy the human touch, building on good team relations to get the job done.
As a team leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning of warehouse activities, optimising resources and executing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy and maintaining a positive and safe working environment while respecting business values and ethics.
Location & Shifts:
- Days: Mon-Fri (5am-1pm), $22/h
- Afternoons: Mon-Thu (12pm-10pm), $22/h
- Nights: Sun-Thu (9pm-5am), $23/h
Forklift driver license (counter balance, reach and fall arrest) is MANDATORY

Responsibilities
The team leader will:
- Leading the team as the products get ready for distribution
- Forklift experience required
- Various admin & data entry duties
- Various general labour warehouse duties
- Handling boxes & cartons containing packaged nicotine products (you don't need to touch products inside)
- Using RF scanners
- Placing boxes on pallets
- Maintaining a clean worksite
- Wrapping pallets
- Using truck pumps and other warehouse equipment
Qualifications
The team leader's responsibilities will include:
- Clean criminal background
- Must have own safety shoes
- Willingness to be on your feet throughout the day
- Must have previous warehouse experience
- Forklift driver license (counter balance, reach and fall arrest)
