Responsibilities
-Ensure timely meeting of SLAs for contract order fulfillment and maintain workplace safety.
-Handle service parts orders, procurement, and tracking.
-Manage warranty part returns, claims, and invoicing.
-Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
-Manage order queues, schedule transportation, and track shipments.
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments and deliveries.
-Conduct inventory analysis, cycle counts, and manage stock.
-Optimize warehouse space and handle returns and obsolescence.
-Collaborate with Supply Chain Team to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent or an acceptable combination of education and
relevant experience.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Excellent written, oral, and telephone communication skills.
• Average computer skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Direct knowledge of WHMIS and other safety systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
