■Requirements
・Proven experience in warehouse operations and 3PL management.
・Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
・Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
・Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
・While a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and experience managing 3PL relationships within a similar industry are preferred, they are not mandatory requirements for this opportunity.
