The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for managing the clerical duties on the warehouse floor. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our warehousing activities, ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and efficiently. The position demands excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. You may be required to utilize the forklift at times if needed so a license or experience would be an asset.

Straight days, Monday to Friday from 8-5pm (some weekend work if needed)
Responsibilities
Print LPN labels that include the Customer Name/ PO #’s for all inbound receiving in real time.
Follow direction from the Warehouse Supervisor/Lead Hand on priority receiving loads and labeling.
Print all Receiving, Inventory, and Outbound reports and submit them to the Warehouse Supervisor in a timely fashion, based on customer SOP.
Create BOLs (Bill of Lading) and submit them to the Warehouse Supervisor/Lead in a timely fashion, based on customer SOP.
Ensure all visitors and drivers comply with the visitor sign-in log and complete all necessary information.
Report any issues or concerns regarding visitors, drivers, or sanitation/facility maintenance to the Lead Hands and/or Warehouse Supervisor.
Operate a forklift as necessary to assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods.
Accurately scan all inbound and outbound loads based on customer SOP.
Qualifications
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
Valid forklift certification.
Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with SQF training.
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
Ability to follow SOPs and work under the direction of supervisors.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scanning processes.
Good communication skills for reporting and interacting with team members and visitors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
