Position: Warehouse Associate (Stores Person) (Temporary with potentiality to go permanent)
Location: North Saanich
Hours: 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Breaks: Two 15-minute coffee breaks and a 30-minute lunch break
Salary: $21.23/hour to $23.70/hour (dependent on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and customer quality requirements for all Stores functions
• Follow all regulatory and guideline manuals for handling, processing, and shipping materials
• Pick and issue materials according to corresponding orders
• Verify orders and ensure accurate shipment as per order directions and routing guidelines
• Handle shipping for interbranch transfers (IBT)
• Coordinate and support logistics requirements as needed
• Process all necessary documentation, including FORM 1, Pro Forma, Customs Documents, and RMA
• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck and/or counterbalance forklift
• Handle manual pallet jacks, carts, ladders, stair ladders, and other warehouse equipment (MHE) safely
• Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Complete any additional duties or assignments as delegated by the chargehand and/or manager
Qualifications
• High school diploma
• 2–5 years of experience in international shipping
• 2+ years of experience in shipping dangerous goods
• Physically fit
• Forklift/reach truck certification is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
