They foster an inclusive and creative work environment, offering opportunities to grow and make an impact on a global scale.■Role Purpose: As an individual contributor, the Brand Manager is responsible for drivingcomprehensive branding and marketing initiatives for company brands in Japan. This role focuses on strategic execution, managing marketing activities, and supporting partners to enhance the brand's presence and market share.■Key Responsibilities• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic vision to drive long-term growthand relevancy of the company brand in Japan, targeting physician audiences via online and offline activations.• Product/Pricing/Channel Strategy: Develop and implement effective product, pricing, and channel strategies tailored for the Japanese market.• Digital Marketing Leadership: Manage owned social media platforms (B2B) to generate demand, awareness, and leads for the brand—mainly Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube. Drive follower growth and engagement.• Content Marketing and SEO: Lead content marketing, digital advertising, and SEO efforts to increase visits to the company in Japan’s website and boost conversion rate forlead generation. Manage customer portals and local website content updates in partnership with internal stakeholders and web agencies.• Event Management: Plan and execute local events, webinars, and company representation at local congresses. Ensure successful execution of all customer-focused events such as trade shows, customer-specific events, and workshops.• Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with necessary tools, materials, and training.• KOL Relationships: Support and build Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, serving as a point of contact for cross-functional teams.• Budget Management: Develop, own, and manage marketing program budgets, including tracking, analysis, and reporting.• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with agencies, vendors, and internal resources for the local projects. Foster a team environment that drives innovation and results.• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identifyopportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
求められる経験
■Education and Experience
• University Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a
related field.
• Marketing Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in customer marketing/brand marketing. Experience in the aesthetic treatments/devices industry is preferred.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn), and search engines (Google, Yahoo).
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage marketing activities and support sales initiatives.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Multicultural Experience: Experience working in multicultural environments and with global teams.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese and English.
■Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with Marketing Tools: Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
