Channel Development:Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including distributors and strategic alliances.Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Foster strong relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for expansion.Management of products quality and delivery schedule.Performance/sales review with partner/CKK management at least Monthly basis.Sales and Revenue Growth:Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve channel sales targets. Implement effective sales and marketing programs to promote products through channel partners. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.Coordination of various events like sales campaign, special price approval, joint exhibition, sales award program, etcTraining and Enablement:Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and support our products or services. Develop and deliver product presentations and training materials.Contract Negotiation:Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Regularly review and update contracts to align with changing business needs.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use market insights to refine channel strategies and ensure a competitive edge.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing communication, product marketing, application engineers and customer support, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal teams to share market feedback and insights.Traffic Control of dense area like Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo (Sales territory, Pricing, Product selection (Internal sales v.s. Partner)Periodical/daily communications with operational managers at the partner group and internal Territory Sales Leader.
