SALES STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT OF BUSINESS PLAN1.Development and Execution of Sales Strategy and the Business Plan together with the CEO, to achieve a sustainable growth of VJ.2.Exert Leadership for the Execution of the Business Strategy and Project Operation.3.Full accountability on the whole PL, including but not limited to Sales revenue, Gross Margin Management, Labor Cost and other important KPIs 4.Supervision and Management of Each department of the Sales Division.Retail Operation : Achievement of the Sales target by Recruiting, assigning, and setting appropriate assessment of each personnel. Be responsible for the overall development of the human organization, by setting up effective remuneration scheme and managing front line staff and VJ back-end staff with proactiveness, transparency, and trust. Product Procurement: MD management (including import & domestic logistic management) based on sales trends, seasonal peaks and business needs, analyzing Japanese consumer’s needs and trends, and maintain close communication with VAPAC, VSPA for making new Product development request and proposal.Brand Strategy : Preparation and Execution of Brand/Marketing Strategy (including PR and SNS strategy) in Japan, aligning with VSPA’s Global Brand Strategy.Organization Management : Achieve a best formation of the Sales Department in order to accomplish the final Business plan and bring fruits to the organization.Store Development: Searching & Providing network on new potential location and Providing marketing intelligence and trends Store Business Development: Providing network relations and marketing intelligence on real estate trends and opportunities, as well as carrying feasibility studies on new store projects, and take figure-bases, brand-oriented decisions.Ecommerce Sales: Crafting the strategy to boost up EC business and Leading the people/members to achieve the strategy and boost the sales. Wholesale Accounts: Selecting the sales target in accordance with Brand/Marketing strategy and Expanding the sales and Achieving the business plan. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STAKEHOLDERS Close communication with the shareholder, XXXXXBrand & Retail biz Div, Global Retail biz Development dept. Establish and Develop close relationship with VSPA,VAPAC in order to align with the XXXXX brand strategy. Analyze and monitor Japanese Market’s updated consumer trends and feedback to VSPA, VAPAC on timely basis, and create the best MD, Marketing, shop opening operations.Establish and develop trustworthy and healthy relationships with Department stores, Shopping Malls, Shopping Centers, and landowners, in order to manage new shop openings and confront and solve various Real Estate issues.PERSONNEL MANAGEMENTCreate and Manage an Organization maintaining Efficiency and SustainabilityExecute Personnel management in a Proactive way and, create a Recruit, Training systems which is inevitable for a growing company.Maintain and enhance all the employee’s (including sales staff’s) Loyalty towards VJ and XXXXX brand and motivation.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
University or above degree
Enough Management experience as a Head of a department, and has enough knowledge, skill of Management or equivalent experience and knowledge to that. Preferrable if has an experience at Accessible Luxury brand or Lifestle brand (incl cosmetics) , or any Retail field. Most preferrable if he/or she has an experience at Fashion or High quality and Premium Food/sweets brands.
Familiar with decision process in Japanese companies. Better to have experience in Japanese companies.
Ability to proceed daily business on actual “Hands-on” way.
Possess personnel networks with various sales channels (such as Department stores etc).
Possess any experience on Digital (EC) sales and/or experience in B2B (Corporate) sales.
Possess Global business experience or any business experience with overseas companies/partners.
Proven track record in managing a successful and growing network of retail business of premium and international brand.
Ability to work under pressure, in complex organizations.
Japanese language (mother tongue), English language (Business communication level)
