Randstad is partnering with a well-known International Fashion Brand. They are currently looking to hire a Visual Merchandising Manager to join them.

You will need to:

Partner with Retail and Mercherchandising teams to execute the Brand plan and VMD
Coach team to deliver the monthly visual set in line with the Brand plan and milestone calendar, staying disciplined to the VM Framework
Lead and execute new initiatives in line with Brand expectation
Set expectations, review performance, provide feedback and follow up using the Group Performance Framework

Requirements:

At least 8-10 years of working experience in managing visual merchandising (fashion retail)
Experience in project handling (new store opening/pop up store/renovation) will be added advantages
Strong leadership skills who can manage a big team
