Responsibilities
Provide creative support and counsel on key video projects for Canadian Personal Banking, focusing on videography (filming/editing) and photography.
Develop highly engaging video and photo content, concentrating on shooting and editing.
Execute video projects while offering creative direction and solutions to support the communication, training, and engagement of Branch Banking Employees, aiming to improve the adoption of communication initiatives.
Participate in creative sessions, providing input, suggesting concepts, and making solid recommendations.
Ensure all videos align with the client's brand guidelines.
Design branded templates for presentations, publications, and documents.
Proof all work with exceptional attention to detail.
Manage multiple projects, including expectations regarding timelines, scope, standards, and priority, and escalate issues timely.
Handle a high volume of requests, balancing scheduled and unscheduled requirements effectively.
Occasionally manage vendors for creative projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house design environment.
Strong knowledge of video production and editing.
Flexible, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask and work independently or in a group.
Strong balance of creative, technical, project management, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet multiple deadlines, and prioritize activities.
Previous experience with Financial Institutions is highly desired
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe After Effects CC, Apple Final Cut Pro X)
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional)
