Deine Stärken liegen unter anderem im proaktiven Ansprechen von Kunden mit Wärme und Herzlichkeit, so dass sich sowohl die aktiven Kunden als auch die Wartenden im Shop willkommen und geschätzt fühlen. Es ist deine Leidenschaft, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und zu übertreffen.

Du verstehst es, den Shop als eine Erlebniswelt zu präsentieren. Das Präsentieren von Produkten und Dienstleistungen gemäss Vorgaben, sodass sie attraktiv inszeniert und für Kunden erlebbar sind, bereitet dir Freude.

qualifications
- Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Gute PC Kenntnisse: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Gepflegtes und sauberes Auftreten
- Du bist: zielstrebig, selbständig, proaktiv, teamplayer und flexibel
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Samstag
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten machen dir nichts aus
