• process vendor data requests promptly, verifying all documentation aligns with corporate policies
• serve as the main contact for inquiries related to vendor master data
• identify improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and standardization of vendor data
• run regular data audits and ensure data quality (eliminating duplicates, maintaining standard text formats, etc.)
• set up and maintain vendor records, attaching all relevant documentation
• external vendors/suppliers communication
• internal customers/business partners across all functions, globally

who we are looking for

• at least 1 year experience in Master Data, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• experience with supplier/vendor master data is preferred
• english - daily communication with vendors and suppliers
