Manage category and strategic sourcing initiatives to meet organizational goals and mitigate risks.
Lead supplier negotiations to maximize total cost of ownership.
Shareholder:
Ensure compliance with enterprise frameworks, policies, and methodologies.
Manage sourcing programs to align with business priorities and internal/external requirements.
Foster alignment across business lines and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Breadth & Depth:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Advanced negotiation skills for complex contracts and IT solutions.
Strong relationship management and executive presentation skills.

Supplier development expertise, focusing on improving quality, cost, and performance.
Proficiency in risk management to address sourcing and supply chain disruptions.
Strong experience in contract negotiation and management, including performance metrics.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Ariba SAP or Coupa Risk Management Systems.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Post-secondary education required.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant sourcing and procurement experience, ideally in financial services.
Key Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, executive presentation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
