Vendor Management Specialist Job opportunity at global lifescience companyPosition Summary:As the person in charge of overseas suppliers and 3PL, he/ she controls own team's dispatched staff and outsourced companies. Responsible for designing and managing processes from demand planning and ordering to manufacturing in the warehouse. We build good relationships and collaborate with related departments such as domestic and overseas suppliers, 3PL, sales, marketing, ordering and shipping teams, and ensure supply without delays or shortages. Promote optimization, simplification, and visualization of processes related to ordering, purchasing, and manufacturing operations, and always be conscious of cost reduction. Regarding the order quantity, control the order quantity so that there is no surplus. In particular, for products with expiration dates, we will carefully examine the necessary information to avoid waste and minimize risks. Always make continuous improvements to these processes. -Practical experience at a business company (more than 5 years), especially practical experience related to ordering/purchasing operations and import customs clearance Experience in 3PL management (more than 3 years)
