key responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Company Secretarial Manager will include:
- handling the full range of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries
- handling interim/ annual reports, circulars
- drafting minutes, resolutions and organizing board meetings
- Maintenance of statutory records / filings
- updating in compliance with relevant rules and regulations;
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory filingskills

Qualifications:
- 8 years of company secretarial experience from professional services or reputable listed companies
- Degree holder or higher
- Associate member of HKCGIeducation
