In this position as an Underwriter, you will be expected to work with Intermediaries (Agency, Brokers and Financial Advisors) and Direct Corporate clients to grow profitable revenue.
You will be responsible for the GWP growth and maintain high renewal retention. The successful incumbent will be expected to identify, develop and execute business development strategies.
skills & experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty lines - able to consider both Underwriters or Brokers with knowledge on Property, Casualty, Engineering and Marine
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform work independently
- Possess strong and long standing relationships with clients and brokers
