• Define and promote a compelling visual design vision for our client's websites and apps.
• Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, design researchers, creative technologists, product owners, and developers.
• Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales effectively.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback and creative direction.
• Oversee visual design deliverables from concept to execution.
• Ensure quality assurance of all creative outputs.
• Work closely with team members to ensure design feasibility.
• Engage in ideation, concept development, and experience innovation.
• Stay updated on current design methodologies, practices, and trends.
• Participate in observational studies, usability testing, and other customer research.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in designing interactive experiences.
• A degree in design, or a design-related discipline (visual design, graphic design)
• Comprehensive understanding of interaction and UI design.
• Passion for creating simple and stunning visual design solutions.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate ideas to diverse audiences and integrate feedback constructively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a conceptual thinking approach.
• Ability to see the "big picture" while focusing on details.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your understanding of user-centered design.
• Experience with mobile app design.
• Experience in the Financial Industry or an Enterprise Organization.
