Pay Rate: £25 - £28 per hour PAYE

The Radstad Tuition Team is looking for dedicated and experienced tutors to provide high-quality, in-person tuition to learners in the Rochdale area. This is a fantastic opportunity for tutors who are passionate about education and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of learners from diverse backgrounds.

The sessions can take place during school hours, after school hours or at the weekend. You will be offered a minimum of 2 hours per day, however the hours per week will vary between 2 and 15, depending on the learner's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition sessions across a range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science, ESOL, Functional Skills, and Post-16 studies
• Support students in years 1 to 11, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs, particularly for those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or those who are not currently attending mainstream education
• Adapt teaching strategies to ensure every student's learning style is met and progress is made
• Provide constructive feedback to schools and local authorities, in order to track progress and set achievable learning goals

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in delivering tuition, following the current curriculum, for either Maths, English and/or Science
• Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, challenging behaviour or with learners who require additional support
• A commitment to maintaining high educational standards and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
