Focusing on the TSV process integration technology developing and research. Exploring and Digging out advanced TSV technology valuable opportunity and then make the related cooperation technology projects with tool vendor or material suppliers to enhance the technical capacity to lead advanced TSV technology.1. Leading technology business planning and strategic planning. Ensure the technical direction accurate and sustainable. To achieve technologies ready before products application. To make sure ***’s TSV technology competitiveness industry-leading including technologies, quality, cost and etc.2. Leading advanced TSV technology projects developing, researching and application; do technology review and make final technology decision.3. Leading technology specifications / standards / supplier technology capacity building or Proposing industry standard building and technology research projects.4. Proficient in all kinds of TSV process skill points. Be capable to leading advanced TSV technology continuous innovation by using personal rich experience, industry resources and advanced technology methods.5. Proficient in all TSV process technology crucial Know-How, and be able to integrate each process.

求められる経験
1. At least of 15 years of work experience in BEOL of semiconductor technology development and research area including at least of 8 years of work experience for TSV process development. Has experience in developing TSV technology.
2. Proficient in key TSV processes Know-How and key chemistry, tool and materials, etc.
3, Familiar with the technology features and process reliability requirements. Deep understanding of the product performance and development trend, and challenges to the process technology of carrier products.
4. Active thinking, with a strong ability to innovate.
5. With a strong leadership to cooperate with the surrounding multi-synergistic business units. Have personal strong influence in industry.
