The main responsibilities will be to:
1. fostering business relationships for the purpose to acquire Hong Kong and offshore companies
2. Creating holding structures that align with administrative needs and optimize tax efficiency.
3. To provide corporate secretarial and custodial escrow services to clients
4. Establishing business ventures in Hong Kong and China
5. Providing advice for trust, including setup and administration of structures
