... - In charge of overseeing fiduciary and trust services for clients (both corporate and private)
- Carry out administrative responsibilities for trusts and related companies
- Create necessary documents for trusts and corporations, handle day-to-day operational matters concerning trust portfolios
- Communicate with clients, facilitate trust onboarding, distribution, termination, and other related processes
- Providing a full spectrum of services related to trusts and corporate setup, such as opening bank accounts and reviewing relevant documents.
- Managing and coordinating internal processes, as well as liaising with key stakeholders
skills & experiences required
- University graduate in any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a trust company setting
- Experience in client servicing and administering fiduciary and trust services
- Professional qualification in Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or HKICS student is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
