Reporting to the Sales Director, your main mission will be to develop a client portfolio in Spanish-speaking regions (Spain, Portugal, South America) and in the South-West of France. You will also be responsible for:
...
Identifying and prospecting new clients, drafting commercial offers, and negotiating contracts (volume analysis, timeline, profitability),
Managing ongoing contracts, with support from the Sales Director,
Developing products and markets internationally by conducting market studies and competitive intelligence, in collaboration with chambers of commerce and embassies,
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients,
Participating in training clients on product usage.
The ideal candidate to join them...
Has at least 10 years of significant experience in a similar role, internationally, and within the lubricants sector (necessarily).

Proficiency in English, Spanish, and French, both spoken and written
Solid knowledge of the lubricants industry and basic concepts in tribology.
The terms of your recruitment…
Salary: Fixed salary of €50,000 to €60,000, with an attractive variable component.
Benefits: Company car, home office, frequent travel
Organization: Monthly commercial meetings (in-person and via video), sales forecasts every 4 months, annual budget preparation, end-of-year objectives, quarterly individual reviews
Candidate integration:
The position will be based in France for 2 to 3 weeks (renewable), with a product training phase at the production workshop and team meetings.
