JOB PURPOSESupport the Accounting & Treasury Senior Manager of the subsidiary in securing the optimum level of cash on hand is achieved, by understanding the cash flows linked to operational performance of the company, as well as its expenses (outflows).Analyse short- to long-term cash needs and suggest actions and plans to achieve the best result.Maintain and nurture relationship with banks and other financial institutions, negotiate best terms and conditions for the subsidiary.Keep track of the funds/deposit and guarantee their security.RESPONSIBILITIES•Prepare the short-term and medium-term CF statements, by collecting information regarding in- and outflows and documenting all business financial transactions.•Create a funding strategy in line with the above and for any potential future needs the subsidiary/group may have, as well in line with budget.•Maintain and guarantee correct usage of internet banking and ensure the protection of funds from any potential misuse by any other member.•Maintain relationships and constantly negotiate with banks and financial institutions to obtain the best service/borrowing conditions for the subsidiary.•Assist FP&A team in drafting CF statement for planning.•Ensure the exchange of information and communication between the subsidiary and the Headquarter in Europe.•Enhances operational efficiency, while minimizing risk and banking costs.•Be responsible in managing/implementing various form of payments of the subsidiary in line with market needs and group’s decision (both in our stores and online).
求められる経験
- 5-year experience in this role at international corporations (experience in retail industry is highly appreciated)
- Strong negotiating skills and knowledge of the banking industry
- Solid understanding of budget planning and finance
- In-depth knowledge of internet banking tools
- Good command of Excel, Power Point and Word
- Good command of SAP (nice to have)
- Substantial value for ethics and trustworthy operations
- Business English spoken and written
- Good communication skills
