Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate and coordinate daily delivery schedules efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust routes to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on schedules, delays, or driver-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and improve data entry processes as required.
- Perform general administrative duties related to transportation operations.
About You:
- Proven experience in transport allocation or dispatch coordination.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
