Work closely with the Country GM to define and articulate the XXX’s transformational organization strategic direction.Develop and maintain a comprehensive XXX’s country strategic plan, including XXX shared objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Act as a hub for various general questions, requests, and projects that come to the Country GM from Global/Region and make necessary communication/request to appropriate departments and people within XXXJ.Coordinate ExCom Affiliates visit & Business Reviews with JC/ExCom or other events with global executivesSupport for a proper Country governance in collaboration with each department and CommitteesEnsure comprehensive progress management of the Japan Transformation InitiativeManage the progress and impact of XXX Shared objectives (including Sustainability Objectives)Drive sustainability agenda (DE&I, Ethics, Employee, Planet etc) in Japan as a secretariat of Sustainability Council Prepare for external speaking engagements and media interviews of the Country GM in collaboration with the communications team

Requirements：

Must have：

At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or consulting role for healthcare industry. Launch experience preferred.

Experience of working with global, multi-cultural, diverse teams, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables.

Native level Japanese & English proficiency in writing, reading & speaking

Preferred：

Project Management Certification or Qualification preferred (e.g. PMP, APM, Prince 2, Safe/Agile etc)
Post Graduate Qualification in Relevant Discipline Preferred e.g. MSc, PhD, MBA.
