Transformation LeadJob Summary:Providing holistic support to Country GM and country management team for smooth operation of Japan as a Japanese corporation and Japan Affiliate. Job Description:Work closely with the Country GM to define and articulate the Japan’s transformational organization strategic direction.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Japan’s country strategic plan, including Japan shared objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Act as a hub for various general questions, requests, and projects that come to the Country GM from Global/Region and make necessary communication/request to appropriate departments and people within.Coordinate ExCom Affiliates visit & Business Reviews with JC/ExCom or other events with global executivesSupport for a proper Country governance in collaboration with each department and CommitteesEnsure comprehensive progress management of the Japan Transformation InitiativeManage the progress and impact of Japan Shared objectives (including Sustainability Objectives)Drive sustainability agenda (DE&I, Ethics, Employee, Planet etc) in Japan as a secretariat of Sustainability Council Prepare for external speaking engagements and media interviews of the Country GM in collaboration with the communications team Project Management Competencies：Communications, Change and Conflict ManagementPartners with sponsors, stakeholders and teams to establish a safe, collaborative environment for effective project communications and manages change by motivating towards common goals while championing conflict resolutionBiopharma AcumenMaintains, shares and applies relevant knowledge of the biopharma industry and healthcare ecosystem with appropriate subject matter expertise (e.g. research, development or commercial) to develop differentiated patient solutionsCritical ThinkingDesigns optimal program and project strategies and scenarios through identifying, developing and employing the right methods and frameworks based on clear goals, benefits and business cases to inform timely, quality decision-making, avoiding confirmation biasPlanning, Scheduling and ResourcingBuilds, maintains and tracks progress against project plans and schedules including resource allocation, budgeting and overall milestones, integrating other plans as required (e.g. functional plans)Risks, Issues and Opportunities ManagementProactively identifies and mitigates issues and risks while exploring and maximizing opportunities during all stages of the project lifecycleTransition and Quality ManagementSets and monitors quality measurements and identifies opportunities for improvement through project reviews, ultimately managing the transitioning to steady state or next stage gate
求められる経験
Requirements：
At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or consulting role for healthcare industry. Launch experience preferred.
Experience of working with global, multi-cultural, diverse teams, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables.
Native level Japanese & English proficiency in writing, reading & speaking
Preferred：
Project Management Certification or Qualification preferred (e.g. PMP, APM, Prince 2, Safe/Agile etc)
Post Graduate Qualification in Relevant Discipline Preferred e.g. MSc, PhD, MBA.
