•Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.•Project Management: Manage transformation projects from inception to completion, define scope and objectives, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.•Change Management: Execute change management plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide training and support to employees, and evaluate the impact of changes.•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand needs, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives.•Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs, prepare progress reports, analyze data for trends and issues, and identify areas for further improvement.•Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for ongoing innovation.

求められる経験
•Either of the following ① or ②:
① Proven track record in transformation initiatives in-house;
② Project Mmanagement experience in consulting side.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
•Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
