• Establishes and directs Treat trainings for new hires’ positions within the organization.• Establishes and directs continuous educations programs and software updates training for CAD designers and Clinical specialists.• Drives Treat-related training for External customers and Customer-facing stakeholders.• Collaborate with Treat production management to develop strategy and execution for local Treat operation.• Analysis of training/production data to implement strategies to obtain positive results in training area.• Delivers expected results to organization and provides visibility to top management.

• Proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, power point, e-mail, etc.).
• Experience on Business Objects Reporting or Power BI
• Previous experience as a Training, Operations, Project or Program Manager directly managing and developing supervisor/ managers.
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
• Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods
• Experience in training and learning methodologies
• Experience in training and facilitation
