■Requirements
・3-5 years of experience in a training or coaching role within a retail or luxury goods environment.
・Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
・Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
・Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis for training program evaluation.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
