With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, they offer a supportive and engaging work environment.RoleRole & ResponsibilitiesAs Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the customer training team in the region, ensuring effective training center operations, and optimizing the utilization of our training resources. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, developing innovative training strategies that meet business needs. You will play a key role in mentoring team members and fostering future leadership.Main tasks include Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to align training strategies. Hire, develop, and train customer training team members. Manage and optimize training center operations. Establish new training centers as needed. Develop and implement innovative training programs. Leverage technology to maximize training effectiveness. Collaborate with national IDNs and surgical societies. Conduct regular business reviews. Manage and optimize Trainers’ schedules Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and improve processes Support the development and execution of training programs for fellows, residents, and hospital staff.
求められる経験
Requirements
8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Training/Professional Education. B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent clinical/medical degree.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
Proven success in managing training projects with measurable outcomes. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the operating room environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
Please note that this role requires travel up to 30% and involves managing a team based in the East or West of Japan.
