about the role:
- Assist the Training Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for retail staff.
- Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and on-the-floor coaching to enhance the sales and customer service skills of retail staff.
- Collaborate with store managers and retail operations teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to incorporate into training programs.
- Ensure consistency in the delivery of brand messaging and customer service standards across all retail locations.
skills and experience required:
- Experience in (luxury) fashion training is essential.
- Good understanding of sales matrices.
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
