■MISSION STATEMENT - Plan and execute training of Skincare training in align with total training strategies in order to raise customer satisfaction and improve BA productivity and quality of service.■MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan and execute most effective training programs to improve BAs’ productivity, in terms of interactions of client, retailing methods, counter activity, product knowledge, in close coordination with Academy programs and guidelines (incl. materials)(1) Set up annual training calendar in line with marketing calendar, and set up schedule of each training of various courses(2) Prepare training modules of products and Retail excellence based on the HQ guideline, but in consistency with marketing messages (including availability coordination with the HQ team)(3) Train the Minifacial , and support Expert do “Master class ”(4) Support maintenance Digital tool - Visit counters and implement on the job training for improvement of BA’s sales techniques and give guidance to CMs on total counter management in cooperation with Retail team.■DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES - Training Manager in accordance with growth of her/his capacity at the company - Training Manager of the company or other Group companies

・Education: University graduate
■Experience: 5 years of relevant training experience preferred, Make up expertise is a plus.
■Required language: Japanese / English
