About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Early Careers team in Toulouse. Reporting to the Service Client Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Operations Officers have the necessary training, mentorship, and resources to excel in their roles and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for thousands of apprentices and interns every year.
This position requires a deep understanding of early career programs, particularly apprenticeships and internships, along with a great ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. You will be the go-to expert for all matters related to early career compliance, ensuring our operations align with the latest legislation and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
... - Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for Operations Officers, focusing on onboarding processes, legal requirements, and client-specific procedures for apprentices and interns.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training plans.
- Lead workshops and training sessions at key stages of the recruitment campaign.
Compliance:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all legal and regulatory matters related to apprenticeships and internships.
- Act as the primary point of contact with government bodies and organizations to maintain compliance standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client-specific processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in apprenticeship and internship processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a corporate training or learning and development role
- Demonstrated expertise in early career programs, particularly apprenticeships and internships, is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to apprenticeships and internships.
- Fluency in French and a good command of English (B2 minimum).
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage complex information.
