• Investigation, analysis and problem solving in fast paced and demanding environment.
• Actively monitor multiple screens.
• Liaise with multiple stake holders.
• Deployment and management of resources responding to incidents.
• Timely and accurate fault reporting.
• Accurately report on actions undertaken and log them within a database
• Information processing of emails and telephone calls.
• Undertake the management of planned events,
• Ability to read a map and have excellent geographic orientation

** Please note this is shift work 24/7, you will have a 20 week roster in advance **

About you:

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines
• Be able to work well in team environments
• Have excellent geographic orientation
• Can work with multiple screens
• Knowledge of the state road network & associated regulations
